Initiate Your Request
Log into your Branny account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
